I would actually measure the supply pressure to the CP3 and not assume it is OK. Look for 10 psi+ when cranking. Another thing to check is if the fuel going to the CP3 is aerated. Do this by temporarily installing a piece of clear tubing in the supply line to ... Login to read more.
