This system I believe should have a fuse underhood for the FSCM 20a which is B+ for the ( Fuel System Control Module ) and a run/crank relay ecm/ign fuse 15a. The Fuel Pump Flow Control Module and ECM ground, controls the fuel pump circuit. Hope this helps, Go... Login to read more.
