Joseph, sorry, I forgot about your readings on the Fluke 88 of ,5/8.1 volts. Now, if I am not mistaken, doesn't the "88" VOM have a 1 milli-second peak record? Did you try that if it does? What does it read on 1/1,000 peak record? Again, that low scope reading... Login to read more.
