TIS will not run on a 64 bit system. Tis2Web is just a launcher/updater for the old Tis code as well.

So you're either going to have to get a laptop with Win 7 32 bit, or set it up for dual booting. I've never tried the dual boot mode, I'm waiting for... Login to read more.
