As Tony mentioned, the CMP offset would be the 1st thing I'd look at - preferred is 0 +/- 5 degrees. Anything over around 10 degrees out will cause issues & dist drive gear wear is common on these. Also check dist shaft bushing as I've seen a few of these wear... Login to read more. ![]()
