Lol, what comes with a fuel filter anymore?

I like when companies with fleets make up their own generic maintenance schedules... Fuel filter on an `11 E-450, timing belt on an Isuzu NPR(!), "spark plugs (except platinum)" [what about Iridium?] etc.
