I just went out and tried to do a min/max with my Fluke 83. It would only record 7.4 volts for the max. I also hooked up my Pico scope to verify the signal. It is a 10 hz, 50% duty cycle signal that pulses from zero to 12 volts. The 83 won't catch it in min/ma... Login to read more.
