Hello Robert, this system is not to hard to test, using a wiring diagram for this vehicle, make sure the Red/Lt-Grn wire at the EEC relay, ign. coil B+, and at the TIF Module has B+ with KOEO, this comes from the ignition switch. Then unhook your spout connect... Login to read more.
