Nick, I assume you are going to use a MIG welder because most shops do. I don't use the MIG but I use an AC/DC arc welder. The arc welder (stick) I believe requires a higher skill level than the MIG, but is NOT as expensive as some high amp MIG units. I taught... Login to read more.
