No, I haven't done one in an 05 F350. Ford S/I wants you to strip the intake and pull the engine out the front. Seems like a lotta work to do 1 head. Given that the cabs come off fairly easily, I'd go that route if you have the room to tie up a lift while work... Login to read more.
