Hi Richard -- Yes it can happen, have seen it on Saginaws many times.. Usually a good fluid flush can improve/reduce the occurance of the problem.. Refill with GM or Chrysler or aftermarket P/S fluid, ATF fluids seem to help create problem.... Login to read more.
