If the PMI was successful as-built is unnecessary. In the IDS toolbox have you tried....Self test>all CMTDs and then clear all. Don't attempt the zero procedure again, then go into RCM and run on demand? Sometimes read all and clear all can do wonders. Also so... Login to read more.
