As a general rule of thumb I have used 1amp per cubic inch max, so a 350 cu. in. shouldn't have more than 350 cranking amps. I know it's not spot on but has worked for me over the years. On a side note most systems I test run between 225 and 300 initial then s... Login to read more. ![]()
