Hey Jeffrey. I have an 06 Colorado that will do the same as you describe. Haven't ever had the Tech 2 on it, but on a SWAG I've cleaned the throttle body and that seems to help. Also check and see if there are any reflashes for this condition. They don't alway... Login to read more.
