Im by no means a expert on scope use. Not even sure what pip means..lol. But it seems odd as to how all signals "drop" at same spot.

I would check for ac ripple oput of the alternator. Or even better. Just disconnect alt for a bit and see how it runs. Could ... Login to read more.
