HI Steve,

I'm not familiar with Land Rover nor Jaguar and don't wish to work on them, but looooong time ago I had a Jag with O2 sensor HEATER relay energizes the fuel pump relay!!! The pos was towed in for crank but no start, O2 sensor heater relay fixed it.... Login to read more.
