Your vac is low for that motor. How much carbon was dislodged when you cleaned out EGR? Any chance the loose carbon is hanging the valve? Recheck #6 valve adjustment-must be cold. I would also take a look at the cam and valve spring on #6 while checking valve ... Login to read more.
