jamie, sorry but my answer may not be that helpful. i also thought they should stay constant. the way i took the capture is ground at pin 5 of dlc, yellow trace on pin 6 and green on pin 14. it appears that both are around 2.8 volts at rest and pin 6 is pulled... Login to read more.
