I wouldn't suggest only one tire. If it was mine, and I didn't have the bucks to replace all 4 run flats, I'd go with a full set of lower cost tires to avoid possible (and very likely) drive train damage. Lower cost all the way around. Just my $0.02. Login to read more. ![]()
