Should be in the DDM (Drivers Door Module)

Using an NGS, WDS or IDS, you can retrieve the door code without disassembly.

On the NGS after selecting DDM, select PID/Data Monitor and Record, then select KEYCODE (not KEY_PAD), then press start.
