Re: exhaust backpressure - how high is too high
Before you fix your restriction, hook up a vacuum gauge and see what the readings do if you hold it at, say, 1500 rpm for 30 seconds. With both banks exhaust occluded, you should see a gradially falling vacuum reading, as the backpressure builds up. I'm curiou... Login to read more. ![]()
