a good rule of thumb that has worked for me is 1 psi per 1000 rpm. so at 3000 rpm no load 3 psi max... make sure when testing you leave the rpms up high enough for the restriction to show. also a good wide open snap throttle can expose partially restricted cat... Login to read more.
