P0171 theory

Group,

Has any one ever fixed a P0171 on a honda with a exhaust gas sensor? (AFRS or H02S- take your pick) - Fuel trims on the FF were LTFT @1.45 and STFT @ 1.18 just to add to the brain fodder. Any other info from me would muddle this.
