Re: Transfer of mileage from old ipc to used ipc
TIS's speedo replace "procedure" requires a IPC with blank
speedo info. Once written to, you cant change it. If you
make a mistake programming it, you gotta send it back out to
"clear" it to reprogram the mileage/hours
