Timing cover R&R on 95 Windstar 3.8

Hi

I was just checking the procedure in MOD for a timing cover gasket replacement on a 1995 Ford Windstar 3.8L with AC and auto trans. I didn't think it looked that bad, but one of the first steps is to remove the engine. Any tips appreciated.
