You should be able to push the "seal system" button and that should turn the Purge "OFF" and the leave the vent valve "ON" (closed). The Tech2 only goes to 10% or 20% purge, which is normal, I guess. I let the vacuum build up for a while (fuel level is 50%) an... Login to read more.
