Craig, did you pull the PCM harness off, and then connect a LOW Ohm meter from pin 27 on harness side to CTS return? Did you run Low Ohm meter from computer pin 27 to pin 12 black/yellow? It should read extremely low. Be very careful doing this that the meter ... Login to read more.
