The way I test for egr flow on a ford,,,,, I use the scan tool to control the EGR valve while watching the DPFE pid. Hold the engine speed at 3000 rpm, open the egr valve to 100% and you should see more than 4 volts on your dpfe pid. If you do this quick test ... Login to read more.
