Make sure the filter on the EGR solenoid isn't plugged, verify solenoid has power and is operating when grounded. Ck. vacuum supply and test EGR w/a vacuum pump to verify diphragm is ok and valve is fully open at 5 in/Hg. If you need, I'll fax other info to yo... Login to read more.
