ok,so my customers car that has a P0154 = O2 sensor bank 2 sensor 1 slow to respond.....is stuck on 2.55 mv and does not change.....even when disconnected...is this a wiring issue or a pcm issue?....the other three when unplugged go to .30 mv like they are sup... Login to read more.
