The ICP is .42-1.0v when cranking on the IDS. KOEO self test is giving me all low circuit injector codes . when unpluging icp it seem to want to start but will not . truck came in 6q low on oil and we filled . will an old filter and old oil be an issue ? ficm... Login to read more.
