Have seen it happen. New bolt in WP kit failed. Had an analysis done and it had a flaw in the bolt. An inclusion. Although I still use the kits, I keep a supply of the OE bolts and don't use the one in the kits anymore. BTW, WP supplied all the parts and paid ... Login to read more.
