I have a neon Cluster that's pulling over 20 amps for about 5 seconds, then it drops to 2.5 and the parking lights come on, the lights are dim until the high current draw stops. The normal fuse is 15 amps, I put a 30 in for testing and it'll "work" like that, ... Login to read more.
