It's sand. Sand and mud tears the pads off in a hurry. The outside pads don't get the sandy water splashed on it from the opposite tire like the inboard pad. I have seen cars that get the daily dirt road beating come in with the inside pads worn out but the ou... Login to read more. ![]()
