Okay, I didn't get a chance to do more checking. The service writer sold the pump and filter, so I installed them. The pressure is now 60psi KOEO, then drops and holds at 58psi when relay is de-engergized. With KOER the pressure is 50psi now, and snap throttle... Login to read more.
