Low fuel pressure problems

This is the 5.7L (8th VIN "R")

Alldata says the fuel pressure spec is 60-66psi KOEO, and no other info.

My fuel pressure gauge reads 53psi KOEO and engine running. When I snap the throttle it jumps to 60psi.
