Ford DIS Module: Mount it dry of with grease
90's Ford 2.3L DIS module. Ford says to apply a 1/32 inch
coat of silicone dielectric compound to the mounting surface
of the ICM. I have seen others white heat sink compound, and
some mounted dry with nothing.
