How are you testing these when all data does not give you any Voltage specs on it. I have 05 f150 5.4 that is not charging, I have .6v on the control KOEO and a spike every now and then up to 3.0v KOER. My V-Pro says .5 to 3.0v KOER and 14v KOER. Login to read more.
