91 Riviera - Serial Data Bus Problem - Advise Please

Hello iATN Techs,

I have a 91 "E" body Riviera with a VIN "L" 3800 engine and an intermittent loss of Serial DATA on the bus. I've "inherited" this from another facility which had it for about 10 days and replaced several components not making any change.
