Unfortunately Paul, there is an alignment procedure on the 2.4L oil pump/balance shaft- expect a vibration in the 3500-4000rpm range, if not properly done. After belt installation-rotate crank 6 times-you should see all marks lined back up.(cam,crk, bal shaft)... Login to read more.
