Thanks Guys !!

The car RUNS fine, just the IPC and lights go crazy.

while running, IF I unplug c2 then plug it back in, things are normal for a while.

I dont SEE any bad traces or burned components, I did remove a wiring MESS.

Maybe that trashed it ?? ... Login to read more.
