I have a 2000 Saturn SL with a 1.9L that was idling at 3500rpm's. It had a hole in the plastic intake about as big as a quarter. It was melted from the inside from exhaust tube. Has anyone run across this before and what should I do before I put a new one on. ... Login to read more.
