Hey Hugh, don't know of any "tools" but just maybe, if you soak the fasteners with the cheap Gunk engine bright degreaser this might help free them up. The stuff has helped me with rusted fasteners where PB didn't do it. Got this idea from a fellow IATN'r... o... Login to read more.
