The throttle cable has slack, 1st thing I checked. The tps is at 650mv closed throttle, and the iac counts show 0, key on or off, engine hot or cold... I'll check the base idle screw, the hole car is a mess. I had the battery disconnected to do the head gasket... Login to read more.
