A week ago I installed a Heli-Coil brand insert in a 2002 6.8 Ford E-350 on #2 cylinder. As normal, I greased the tap with white lithium grease and backed it out every few turns to remove the chips and re-grease it, until it felt as if it had cleared the hole.... Login to read more.
