For what is worth I just installed a PCM in a 99 Taurus DOHC for a P0353. [...] [[...]] On this vehicle the PCM was disabling the two injectors for that circuit. I assume it was to protect the converter. I didn't see where you mentioned spark or injector funct... Login to read more.
