Steve I'd check the voltage on the grey/red wire at the latch assembly. It will have a resisted voltage, maybe 5 volts. If it dosen't have 5 volts on it then it's more then likely being pulled to ground, it should have voltage when it's unplugged. I'm assume ... Login to read more.
