Neon is same as PT Cruiser. You can cut frame with 2" hole saw. Heat nut up with torch and remove. Clean up and weld nut back in. Neverseize and install bolt. Weld the 3 layers of metal back in. Grind smooth and cover repair with undercoat. BOL . [2004 Chrysl... Login to read more.
