I think the lab scope reading at the IAC is picking up the small voltage spike when the magnetic field in the IAC turns on and off. I had a saw toothed reading of 9 to 16 volts at the main feed from the ECM relay to the ECM until I replaced the relay. Afterwar... Login to read more.
