What is the MAF grams per second? If it's less than 3 at idle, I'd guess a vacuum leak, too. But, since the smoke test revealed nothing and a new MAF had no result, I'd bet that neither a vacuum leak nor the MAF are the culprit. Did you check fuel pressure and... Login to read more.
